Unleashing Deliciousness
A six-month journey from burnout
to a life that feels deeply, undeniably
good to live.
You’ve been strong for a long time.
You’ve carried expectations, responsibilities, and histories that didn’t begin with you.
You know how to show up. To achieve. To hold it all together.
But lately…
something feels off.
Life feels more mechanical than meaningful.
And you’re ready for something more—
not more pressure…
but more you.
My work was born from understanding that burnout is not just personal—it is cultural, historical, and deeply embodied.
This is the core message of my book From Burnout to Bliss.
Healing, then, is not just about rest.
It’s about reclaiming ourselves—our energy, our voice, our joy.
Unleashing Deliciousness is the space where that reclamation becomes real.
Earlier this year, a small group gathered for the Founders’ Circle.
In just four weeks, we witnessed powerful shifts—clarity where there was confusion, softness where there was tension, and joy where there had been exhaustion.
This six-month experience is the deeper unfolding of that work.
Returning to Ourselves and Soulful Connections.
A six-month journey of healing, cultural reflection, and joyful leadership

The Circle was an opportunity for me to self-reflect. It provided me with a safe space to discuss the burnout that I have experienced and understand that I am not alone in this feeling. The Circle ignited a spark within myself that could no longer remain dormant. I am now actively taking steps in my life to ensure that I feel at home within myself and follow my bliss. Thank you, Melissa.

I discovered that my initial resistance was a defense mechanism; my default having been to power through a fatigue, instead of listening to my inner wisdom and emotions. I like Melissa's teaching that: “Hope lives in our bodies. We don't have to worry that hope has to come from outside sources". I find this very comforting and centering. I also enjoyed the grounding exercise of pushing against a wall to release tension and bring our racing mind back to the present moment. I especially like the advice Melissa gave to the performers in the group: "Go into the wisdom of your art practice" and to use that as a guidance system. This had never occurred to me.

It was a beautiful experience to work with one another, to work within ourselves, to heal. You can go back into the past, pick what you need to renew and heal, discover a new you with new things to do, and what you want to share with the world. In community we heal faster and better.
