How It Works

  • This Circle is for you if:

    • You’re tired of “pushing through” and ready to feel like yourself again

    • You want structure and soothing of burnout wounds—tools you’ll actually use

    • You crave community that feels grounding, culturally aware, and real

    • You’re ready to integrate healing (not just consume information)

  • The Circle begins shortly after enrollment closes. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome email with the full schedule, access details, and what to expect in the first week. This experience of reconnecting to ourselves in community begins on Monday, January 26, 2026.

  • Live participation is encouraged, but life happens. You’ll receive guidance on how to stay connected with the material even if you miss a session. You’ll have access to Circle materials for a defined period following the experience. Details will be shared in your welcome email.


  • No. The Founders’ Circle is a guided educational and wellness experience. While it is informed by therapeutic wisdom, it does not replace psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

  • This is not a book club. The Circle is inspired by From Burnout to Bliss, but you do not need to finish the book beforehand. You’ll be guided through reflection and practices during the experience. It’s an integrative container—where insight becomes practice, and practice becomes transformation.

  • Because the Founders’ Circle is a live, time-bound experience with limited capacity, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once enrollment is complete.
