From Burnout to Bliss
The purpose of creating "From Burnout to Bliss" was to invite us all to pause and identify the ways in which we may be unknowingly sabotaging our sense of aliveness. We can start with awesome habits of self-care and, gradually, lose sight of them and feel drowned by responsibilities. Drudgery can surely infect the quality of all relationships and the way we experience what we referred to as our life's work. This book provides a platform to examine mindsets, transforming choices, and creating the conditions to thrive in all areas of our lives. The clever ways our bodies "tell us" that something in our hearts clamors for attention is a topic to compound the insights on how burnout occurs. Reflections on shared stories about burnout and emerging triumphantly from it, mine included, are part of the journey of this book. Hopefully, this writing will serve you to go deeply into finding the root of such pain and promote the process of post-burnout growth.
